How to Claim Your Refund

Request the Return: 

Email our Support Team at sales@ncstrength.com.au within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Send It Back: 

Once requested, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. Please follow any directions provided by our staff to ensure a smooth process.

Return Conditions

  • Start Date: The initial 14-day notification period begins on the day you accept delivery. If proof of delivery is unavailable, the period begins 3 business days after the product was dispatched.
  • Condition of the Item: Products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means they must be undamaged, include all accessories, and be in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Damaged Returns: If an item is returned damaged, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct a fee from your refund to cover the reduced resale value of the item.
  • Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, food and nutritional products cannot be returned for a change of mind, as we cannot risk product tampering.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Courier Assistance: If you cannot arrange a return, we can organize a courier to pick up the items for you. The cost for this service will equal the original delivery fee on your order.
  • Free Shipping Orders: If your item was purchased under a "Free Shipping" promotion and you need us to organize the return courier, the return charge will be calculated using our current standard website delivery rates.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue your refund as quickly as reasonably possible and send you an email confirmation. Refunds are reversed to the original payment method. Please note that we are not responsible for any processing delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
