Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location across Australia. We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our Brisbane warehouse, though occasional delays may occur.

All deliveries are made during business days and hours only.

Business vs Residential shipping

Residential addresses


Residential addresses are buildings used primarily as places where people live.


A home-based business or an apartment building is still treated as a residential address for delivery and classification purposes.


Business or commercial addresses


Business or commercial addresses are buildings that are zoned and used for commercial activities rather than for residential living.
They usually have facilities for receiving visitors or goods, such as a reception or front desk, loading dock, or specific delivery drop-off area.

Estimated times of arrival

All delivery times are estimates and are located in your cart once you enter your suburb and postcode details.

Additional charges

There may be additional charges to your freight if you have selected the wrong shipping method, if you request a specific delivery time, if for example you have a steep driveway or the courier requires 2 drivers to unload your items.

Delivery can be made in Australia wide & delivery times are guidelines and are never guaranteed. NC Fitness will not offer compensation for any delivery that arrives later than the estimate given.
All deliveries are authorised to leave at the property unless instructed otherwise.
Our aim is efficient delivery; once it has been passed to the courier company, some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, we NC Fitness will not be liable for any consequential loss for delivery times. If your order looks damaged on delivery, please check your delivery before signing for it. Inform the delivery driver of the damage and ask them to sign the damage.

Bulk/Heavy Deliveries

Delivery drivers DO NOT carry heavy items upstairs due to safety risks, including potential injuries from lifting or falling. Liability concerns also play a role, as companies don’t want to be responsible for property damage or worker injuries during delivery. All Bulk/Heavy Deliveries are considered Curbside Delivery, which means the delivery driver drops off your item at the nearest accessible point by the curb, driveway, or sidewalk. They do not bring it inside, upstairs, or assemble it. You’re responsible for moving it indoors.

If for any reason a NC customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated delivery cost.
